To use: Pour the mixture into your hands. Rub together and then apply to your body, moving into a circular motion. Rinse off the mixture from your skin, by showering or submerging in a bath. Wash lightly with soap to remove excess particles and oil. Alternatively, use as a bath soak. Simply pour the mixture into the running bath and soak in solution.
