1. Promoter
The promoter of the Promotion is IGU Pty Ltd (ABN 32 611 937 921, ACN 611 937 921) trading as Few & Far of 28 Tom Thumb Avenue, South Nowra NSW 2541 (the Promoter). Telephone: (02) 9160 4100. Email: enquiries@fewandfar.com.au.
The Promotion is conducted in collaboration with Eadie and Lumira, who will each supply the portion of the prize attributed to their brand. The Promoter remains solely responsible for the conduct of the Promotion, the central entry database, the draw, winner notification and the allocation of entries.
2. Who may enter
Entry is open to residents of all Australian States and Territories — New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory — who are aged 18 years or over and who comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is a national trade promotion lottery.
The following persons are ineligible and any entry by them is void:
(a) directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, Eadie, Lumira, and of any agency, supplier or other person associated with the conduct of the Promotion;
(b) any person involved in determining the winner, or involved in the management of a business that benefits from the Promotion; and
(c) the Immediate Family of any person described in paragraphs (a) or (b). Immediate Family means any of the following, whether residing at the same address or not: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and Australian residency. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the time requested will render the entry (and any prize) invalid.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion opens at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Thursday, 22 October 2026 (the Promotional Period).
All times in these Terms and Conditions are local time at the Promoter’s head office in New South Wales. Daylight saving in New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania commences on Sunday, 4 October 2026. Entries are recorded according to the time they are received on the Promoter’s server.
The Promotional Period will not exceed 12 months.
4. How to enter — complimentary entry
The Promotion is free to enter. A purchase is not required to receive one (1) complimentary entry.
To receive one (1) complimentary entry during the Promotional Period, an eligible person must complete the official online entry form on the Promotion landing page hosted by the Promoter at https://www.fewandfar.com.au (or such other URL as the Promoter publishes) and provide:
(a) first name and last name;
(b) email address;
(c) mobile telephone number;
(d) postcode;
(e) the room the entrant would most like to refresh (optional if the published form does not include this field); and
(f) acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The internet address for entry is https://www.fewandfar.com.au. There is no cost to register an entry other than the ordinary cost of internet access charged by the entrant’s service provider. The Promoter does not use premium SMS, 190 numbers or any communication method that shares revenue with a carrier. Any standard SMS or data charges incurred by an entrant are the entrant’s responsibility and will not exceed ordinary retail rates.
A website pop-up, homepage placement or other on-site form that collects the same mandatory fields and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is an equivalent complimentary entry method.
Incomplete, indecipherable, late or automated entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter’s decision as to the validity of an entry is final.
5. How to enter — purchase bonus entries
During the Promotional Period, an eligible person may claim five (5) additional entries for a qualifying purchase from a participating brand, as follows:
(a) one qualifying purchase from Few & Far = five (5) additional entries;
(b) one qualifying purchase from Eadie = five (5) additional entries; and
(c) one qualifying purchase from Lumira = five (5) additional entries.
A qualifying purchase is a genuine retail purchase of goods from the relevant participating brand, completed and paid for during the Promotional Period, that is not subsequently cancelled or refunded in full. Existing sale or reduced-price products may qualify unless they are specifically excluded in any published prize or product note. The Promoter will not increase the ordinary retail price of goods for the purpose of the Promotion.
Purchase bonus entries are not added automatically. After making a qualifying purchase, the customer must claim the bonus entries by completing the dedicated post-purchase claim form published by the relevant participating brand (including the Promoter’s post-checkout / thank-you page for Few & Far purchases) and providing or confirming first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer may also be asked for an order number.
If the customer has already obtained a complimentary entry under clause 4, a valid purchase claim adds five (5) bonus entries only. If the customer has not yet obtained a complimentary entry, a valid purchase claim constitutes both the complimentary entry and the five (5) bonus entries for that brand.
An entrant may receive the purchase bonus only once per participating brand, regardless of the number or value of purchases from that brand. Maximum entries per person (identified by email address) is sixteen (16), being one complimentary entry plus five bonus entries for each of the three participating brands.
6. Entry limits and identity
Only one complimentary registration is permitted per natural person and per email address. The Promoter may treat multiple registrations that use the same or similar personal details as a single entrant.
The person whose name and email appear on the entry form is the entrant. Entries cannot be transferred.
7. Verification of purchase bonus entries
Few & Far will maintain the central competition database. Purchase bonus entries are held as claimed until verified.
After the Promotional Period, Eadie and Lumira will provide the Promoter with an order report for the Promotional Period containing, at a minimum: order number; customer email; order date; order value; and refund or cancellation status. The Promoter will match claimed purchase entries against that report and against Few & Far’s own order records.
A purchase bonus claim will be rejected, and the five (5) bonus entries will not be included in the draw, if:
(a) no matching qualifying purchase can be identified;
(b) the matching order was cancelled or fully refunded before the draw;
(c) the claim is a second or subsequent claim for the same brand and email address; or
(d) the Promoter reasonably believes the claim is incomplete, fraudulent or not made in good faith.
The complimentary entry (if otherwise valid) is not lost solely because a purchase bonus claim is rejected.
8. Number of entries in the draw
Each valid complimentary entry is represented by one (1) ticket in the draw. Each verified purchase bonus for a participating brand is represented by five (5) additional tickets in the draw. Each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn.
The number of tickets allocated to an entrant is:
Tickets = 1 (if a valid complimentary entry exists) + 5 (if a verified Few & Far purchase claim exists) + 5 (if a verified Eadie purchase claim exists) + 5 (if a verified Lumira purchase claim exists), capped at 16.
9. Prize
There is one (1) prize. The winner will receive a home refresh package with a total recommended retail value of $10,000.00 including GST, comprising:
(a) a Few & Far furniture, homewares and styling package to the recommended retail value of $7,500.00 including GST, redeemable on Few & Far products and a Few & Far styling consultation (in-store, in-home within a serviceable area, or virtual), as agreed with the Promoter;
(b) an Eadie product package to the recommended retail value of $2,000.00 including GST, redeemable on Eadie products; and
(c) a Lumira home and body fragrance package to the recommended retail value of $500.00 including GST, redeemable on Lumira products.
Prize values are the usual recommended retail prices inclusive of GST as at September 2026. If a published recommended retail price changes before redemption, the package value remains the dollar amounts stated above.
The prize is not redeemable for cash. No change or credit will be given if the selected products are worth less than the relevant package value. Products selected above the relevant package value must be paid for by the winner at the ordinary retail price. Product selection is subject to availability at the time of redemption. The Promoter and the relevant participating brand may reasonably substitute a product of equal or greater recommended retail value if a selected item is unavailable.
The prize does not include installation (other than any styling consultation forming part of the Few & Far package), assembly beyond the supplier’s ordinary offering, interior construction work, or any cost that is not expressly stated.
Delivery of prize products within Australia will be arranged by the relevant participating brand in accordance with that brand’s ordinary delivery terms. Delivery to an address outside Australia is not included. Any additional delivery surcharge that would ordinarily apply to the selected products (for example remote or oversized delivery) is the winner’s responsibility unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.
The prize, or any unused portion of a package, is not transferable except to a member of the winner’s Immediate Family with the Promoter’s prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The prize cannot be sold or used as a credit against an existing order except as the Promoter agrees in writing.
Each package must be selected and confirmed with the relevant brand within three (3) months of the winner being verified. Packages not confirmed within that time may be treated as unclaimed in accordance with clause 14.
The prize does not include tobacco, firearms, ammunition, prohibited weapons, dangerous articles, cosmetic or other surgical procedures, or any other item that is a prohibited prize under applicable State or Territory lottery laws.
10. Draw
The prize winner will be determined by lot. The draw will be a computerised random draw from all valid tickets allocated under clause 8, conducted at 11:00 am AEDT on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 at 28 Tom Thumb Avenue, South Nowra NSW 2541.
The draw will occur within one month after the close of the Promotional Period and within 12 months of the issue of any ACT permit.
The winner need not be present at the draw. Presence at the draw is not a condition of winning.
The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each ticket in the draw will have an equal chance of being drawn. Because there is only one prize, that prize will be the first ticket drawn.
An independent scrutineer is not required. The total prize pool does not exceed $30,000.
11. Winner notification
The winner will be notified directly in writing by email and by SMS or telephone within seven (7) days of the draw. The notice will identify the prize won and how the prize is to be delivered or collected. That notice will be sent even if the winner has unsubscribed from marketing communications.
The winner must respond and provide any requested verification (including proof of identity, age, residency and, where relevant, proof of purchase) within fourteen (14) days of the Promoter’s first written notice. This period gives the winner a reasonable opportunity to claim the prize.
The Promoter may require the winner to sign a prize acceptance form and, if the Promoter wishes to publish more than the details in clause 12, a publicity consent. Refusal to sign a reasonable prize acceptance form may result in the prize being forfeited and a redraw.
12. Publication of results
The results of the draw will be available on request within seven (7) days of the draw.
The Promoter will publish the winner’s first initial, surname and postcode at https://www.fewandfar.com.au within seven (7) days of the draw, and will keep that publication available for at least twenty-eight (28) days (and in any event for at least thirty (30) days after the draw). Publication of those limited details is a condition of entry. It satisfies South Australian publication of winners of prizes over $250, Victorian publication of winners of prizes over $1,000, and Northern Territory publication of the major prize winner.
If the winner requests that their details not be published, the Promoter will consider that request to the extent permitted by law. Where a regulator requires publication, the Promoter will publish the minimum details required.
13. Prize delivery
The prize will not be handed over at the draw. Following verification, the Promoter will coordinate fulfilment of each package with the winner and the relevant participating brand. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to have the prize made available to the winner within twenty-eight (28) days of the winner being verified, subject to product availability and the winner’s selection of items. The winner will not be required to incur any cost to accept the prize other than a trivial cost (for example ordinary email or telephone contact).
Title and risk in products pass to the winner on delivery in accordance with the supplying brand’s ordinary terms. The Promoter is not the manufacturer of prize products.
14. Unclaimed prize and redraw
If the drawn winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, fails to provide requested verification, is found to be ineligible, or forfeits the prize, the prize will be treated as unclaimed.
An unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted at 11:00 am AEDT on Tuesday, 24 November 2026 at 28 Tom Thumb Avenue, South Nowra NSW 2541, using the same method as the original draw, from the remaining valid tickets. The original winning ticket will be excluded.
The redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner, within seven (7) days of the redraw.
If the prize remains unclaimed after the redraw and any further reasonable attempts required by law, the Promoter will deal with the prize as directed by the relevant regulator or, if no direction is given, as permitted by applicable lottery laws.
15. All Australian States and Territories
The Promotion is conducted nationally. Every eligible resident of every Australian State and Territory may enter on the same terms. The conditions in this clause 15 apply in addition to the rest of these Terms and Conditions. Where a jurisdiction imposes a stricter mandatory condition, that stricter condition applies to entrants in that jurisdiction.
Entry is free in every jurisdiction. A purchase is not required to obtain the complimentary entry in clause 4. A purchase required to claim a bonus entry under clause 5 must be of goods sold at their ordinary or fair market retail value. The Promoter will not increase prices because of the Promotion.
The only cost of submitting an electronic entry is the ordinary cost of internet access. The Promoter does not use premium rate telephone, SMS or similar services. Any communication cost associated with an entry will not exceed 55 cents including GST, except that in Victoria the maximum permitted expense per entry is $1.00 including GST. The Promoter will not receive any part of any such communication cost.
In every jurisdiction, each ticket in the draw has a random and equal chance of being drawn. The winner need not be present. The prize will not jackpot. If the prize is unclaimed it will be dealt with only by the redraw in clause 14.
The prize does not include tobacco, firearms, ammunition, imitation firearms, prohibited weapons, dangerous articles, explosives, liquor as a principal prize, cosmetic surgical or other medical procedures directed at personal appearance, or any other prize prohibited in the relevant jurisdiction.
Australian Capital Territory. A trade promotion lottery permit under the Lotteries Act 1964 (ACT) is required because the total prize value exceeds $3,000 and the Promotion will be advertised to ACT residents. ACT Permit No. TP 26/02252, granted by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission. These Terms include every matter the Commission requires in the Trade Promotion Lottery Information and Conditions: who may enter; how to enter; the internet address; full prize details and values; start and close dates; draw date, time and place; winner notification method and timing; publication of results; the Promoter’s name and ABN; and redraw arrangements. Winners are notified in writing within 7 days (inside the ACT 21-day maximum). Records will be kept for 12 months after the result. Any change to these Terms requires a formal ACT amendment application.
South Australia. A major trade promotion lottery licence under the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) and Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA) is required because the total prize value exceeds $5,000. SA Licence No. T26/1715, granted by Consumer and Business Services South Australia. Advertising in South Australia will include this licence number, the entry mechanic, the nature and value of the prizes, and where the full terms can be read. Draws occur on the date, time and place specified. Winners who are not present are notified in writing within 7 days of the prize won and how it will be delivered or collected. Unclaimed-prize terms give at least 14 days to claim before redraw. Winner first initial, surname and postcode will be published within 30 days of the draw. The Promoter will not charge more for promoted goods during the Promotional Period.
New South Wales. A trade promotion gaming authority under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW) is required only if the total prize value of a single trade promotion exceeds $10,000. The prize pool is $10,000.00 and does not exceed that threshold, so no NSW authority is required for this Promotion. These Terms nonetheless include the NSW rules that apply whether or not an authority is required: free entry (purchase at ordinary retail value is permitted); exclusion of persons conducting the Promotion or determining the winner and of persons involved in the management of a benefiting business, and their Immediate Family; rules available at no cost; and a written dispute process. If the prize pool is increased above $10,000, the Promoter will obtain a NSW authority and notify NSW Fair Trading at least 10 business days before the Promotion commences or continues.
Victoria. No permit is required. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and the Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic). Entry is free. Any expense per entry will not exceed $1.00 including GST. The draw method gives each ticket a random and equal chance. Winners are advised in writing. The prize will be made available within 28 days of verification so far as reasonably possible. The winner will not incur a cost to accept the prize other than a trivial cost. Because the prize exceeds $1,000, the winner’s name (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published on the Promoter’s website for at least 28 days. The Promoter will keep an accurate record of entries, the draw and prize distribution.
Queensland. No permit is required. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Queensland conditions for promotional games. Entry is free. If entry is conditional on purchase, goods are sold at no more than fair market value. The Promoter will not receive any part of any communication cost of entry. These Terms state the name of the Promoter, eligibility, a description and retail value of the prize, closing and drawing dates, how the winner will be notified, that results will be published on the Promoter’s website, and the redraw arrangements if the winner is not contactable.
Western Australia. No permit is required. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with section 102 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) and the prescribed conditions in Schedule 5, including: no cost to enter other than ordinary internet access; electronic entry cost not exceeding 55 cents; no cosmetic surgical or medical procedure as a prize; duration not more than 12 months; draw within one month after closure; and these Terms available to participants. The Terms will not be amended after commencement without any approval that WA law requires.
Tasmania. No permit is required. The Promotion will be conducted so that entry is free (or obtained by purchasing goods at ordinary retail value), each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn, these Terms are readily available, the winner is notified in writing, and the prize is awarded without any non-trivial cost of acceptance.
Northern Territory. A separate NT trade lottery permit is not required where a permit or licence has been obtained in another Australian jurisdiction. The Promoter is obtaining an ACT permit and an SA licence. The Promotion will nonetheless be conducted in accordance with the Gaming Control (Community Gaming) Regulations 2006 (NT) standard conditions: entry is free but may be conditional on buying goods; each entry has an equal chance of winning the major prize; employees of the benefiting businesses and their Immediate Family may not enter; promotional material states the period, draw date, how winners are determined and notified, and that conditions apply; and the major prize winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website. If an NT regulator later requires a permit, the Promoter will obtain it before continuing to advertise into the NT.
16. Advertising of the Promotion
All advertisements of the Promotion will include, as required by the jurisdiction in which the advertisement appears:
(a) the name of the Promoter;
(b) how a person may enter;
(c) the nature and value of the prize;
(d) how and where to obtain a copy of these Terms and Conditions; and
(e) the ACT permit number and SA licence number once issued.
Advertisements will not be directed at persons under 18 years, will not exaggerate the prize or the chance of winning, and will not suggest that participation can fix personal or financial problems or increase social, sexual or employment opportunities.
17. Marketing communications
By submitting a valid entry or purchase-claim form, the entrant consents to IGU Pty Ltd trading as Few & Far, Eadie, and Lumira each sending the entrant marketing communications about their respective goods, services, stores, styling offers and related home and lifestyle content, by email and SMS.
That consent is a condition of entry. It is given by completing and submitting the form after these Terms and Conditions, and a short consent statement in substantially the following form, have been presented on the form:
“By entering, you agree to receive marketing from Few & Far, Eadie and Lumira by email and SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time.”
The consent statement will be displayed immediately above the submit button, in readable type, and will not be presented as a pre-ticked checkbox. A pre-ticked box will not be used.
The consent covers marketing by each named brand only. It does not authorise disclosure to any other third-party marketer. It continues until the entrant unsubscribes from that brand, or the brand otherwise stops using the details.
Each marketing message will identify the sending brand and include a functional unsubscribe or opt-out. An unsubscribe request will be actioned within five (5) business days and will not affect the validity of the entry or the chance of winning.
An entrant may withdraw marketing consent for one or more brands at any time by using the unsubscribe link, by texting STOP if that channel is offered, or by emailing enquiries@fewandfar.com.au. Withdrawing marketing consent does not withdraw the entry and does not reduce the number of tickets allocated to that entry.
Marketing consent is separate from contact required to run the Promotion. Even if an entrant has unsubscribed from marketing, the Promoter (and, where needed for prize fulfilment, Eadie or Lumira) may still use the email address and mobile number provided on the entry to: notify the entrant if they win; verify identity, age, residency and any purchase claim; arrange delivery or collection of the prize; and deal with an unclaimed-prize redraw. Those messages are transactional messages about the Promotion, not marketing, and may be sent after an unsubscribe request.
18. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, verify entries, award the prize, publish winner details as required by law, and keep records required by lottery regulators.
Personal information will be disclosed to Eadie and Lumira for prize fulfilment and, on the basis of the consent in clause 17, for each of those brands to conduct its own direct marketing. It may also be disclosed to the Promoter’s professional advisers, IT and database providers, and to regulators on request.
The Promoter’s privacy policy is at https://www.fewandfar.com.au/policies/privacy-policy and contains information about how to access or correct personal information and how to complain. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to the extent they apply.
The Promoter will retain Promotion records, including entries and winner details, for at least twelve (12) months after the determination of the result (and longer if required by a regulator).
19. Standard of conduct and invalid entries
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is incomplete, indecipherable, late, submitted by an ineligible person, generated by a computer script, submitted using an assumed identity, or otherwise not submitted in good faith.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be limited, excluded or modified by agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Eadie, Lumira and their respective officers, employees and agents are not liable for:
(a) any late, lost, misdirected or ineligible entry, including any failure of a website, server, or telecommunications service;
(b) any tax liability incurred by a winner;
(c) any variation in prize value between the date of these Terms and Conditions and the date the prize is redeemed; or
(d) any loss or damage whatsoever (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in connection with the Promotion or a prize, except to the extent caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the relevant party.
If the Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter may, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any direction from a regulator, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
21. Disputes
The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding, subject to any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law or lottery legislation.
Any dispute about the conduct of the Promotion or the claiming of the prize must be put to the Promoter in writing at enquiries@fewandfar.com.au. The Promoter will consider the dispute in good faith and respond in writing within fourteen (14) days. This clause does not prevent an entrant from complaining to a fair trading or lottery regulator.
22. Governing law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. The Promoter will also comply with the lottery laws of each State and Territory in which the Promotion is open. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and a mandatory requirement of a regulator, the mandatory requirement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
23. General
A failure by the Promoter to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of that term.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it may be severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.
These Terms and Conditions may not be amended after the Promotion has commenced without the prior written approval of every regulator whose approval is required, including the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission and Consumer and Business Services South Australia.
