Because of this incredible volume, our team has been working around the clock to pack, wrap, and ship every order with the care it deserves (we can't just throw everything into a mailer satchel - everything needs to be individually wrapped and packaged - so this takes substantially more time).

But even with all hands on deck, we’re not moving through them as fast as we'd hoped - something we didn’t expect, and we’re truly apologetic.
